Job Title: Accounting Clerk

Reporting to the Controller, the Accounting Clerk is responsible for data entry, answering phone inquiries, documentation, follow-through communications, and document scanning and filing. This individual will also perform various duties assigned by the Controller and work collaboratively with all team members in support of corporate accounting matters.

Key Responsibilities: 1.Represent PRI Values: Understand and embody PRI's mission, vision, and values in all interactions. 2.Client Communication: Engage clients to manage expectations and build collaborative relationships. 3.Team Collaboration: Work with project team members to fulfill contract obligations and meet ISO requirements. 4.Data Entry: Enter contract and project information into various platforms, including online portals and Microsoft documents. 5.Inquiry Management: Respond to phone inquiries, document calls, and initiate outgoing communication as directed. 6.Document Handling: Print, scan, and file documents both hard copy and electronically. 7.Additional Duties: Perform other projects and corporate accounting matters as directed by the Controller, CFO, and other management.

Required Experience: 1.Education: High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree in accounting or business-related field helpful. 2.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. 3.Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy. 4.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5.Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with team members.

Benefits and Compensation Provider Resources provides a competitive benefits package that includes access to Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Disability, Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Critical Illness, Accident, Legal and ID Theft, 401k plan, PTO. The anticipated salary range for fully qualified candidates applying for this role will be $32,300 - $63,000. The final salary offered will be dependent on several factors that include but are not limited to relevant previous experience including duration and @type of experience within the industry, education, and internal equity. HUBZone Preference: Preference will be given to individuals who residein, or are willing to relocate to, a recognized HUBZone area.
