Job Title:** Associate Product Manager - Industrial Data Infrastructure

The Job
As an Associate Product Manager at AVEVA, you will work with experienced product managers to support the development and execution of product strategies, helping to expand our CONNECT platform capabilities and delivering additional value to our customers through domain-specific applications and hybrid offerings. You will contribute to how emerging technologies, such as AI and analytics, advance industrial digital transformation. You will collaborate across global, digital-first teams and gain hands-on experience in portfolio management.
Learn and support research into AVEVA's next generation on-premise industrial data infrastructure, designed to be platform agnostic, interoperable, and optimized for the lowest total cost of ownership (TCO). You will assist with market and customer research, evaluate architectures and technologies, benchmark data ingress/egress performance, and explore reliability and security best practices. Working with experienced product managers, you'll help translate findings into clear problem statements and early requirements that inform a performant, scalable, and cost-efficient data layer for the future.
Key Responsibilities
Work with product managers and marketing to assist with market and competitor research
Gather customer feedback and usage data; summarize key themes and create reports
Explore emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI, digital twins, analytics) and share concise findings with the team, supporting innovation on AVEVA's products
Help document product requirements and update user stories; work closely with the development and UX teams to build and design the right features
Support planning and coordination for product releases, collaborating with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success
Build reports and presentations to visualize product metrics
Draft enablement content (tutorials, FAQs, blog outlines), and maintain product documentation
Identify and help implement opportunities to automate routine product management workflows to improve team efficiency
Essential Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment
Interest in industrial software, digital transformation, and emerging technologies
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Salary Range:
$69,900.00 - $116,700.00
This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training.
