As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at an industrial manufacturing location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. You will observe and report unusual activity, support access control, and assist employees and visitors with clear communication and professional customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and documenting actions taken per post orders.

Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and suspicious activity.

Control access through gates and entry points by verifying identification, issuing visitor instructions, and monitoring deliveries and contractor check-ins per site requirements.

Complete shift reports, incident reports, and patrol logs, and communicate key observations to Allied Universal supervision and client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
