Position Title: Corporate Counsel Location: Roseville, MN Hours: 8:00 am-5:00 pm Monday-Friday Hybrid work environment Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced In-House Counsel to join our executive leadership team and serve as a key legal advisor to the organization. This role reports directly to the CEO and partners closely with compliance, operations, finance, and executive leadership. This is a highly visible, strategic role ideal for an attorney with deep experience in healthcare regulatory, compliance, payer, and corporate matters, particularly within home health, pediatric care, DME, or other highly regulated healthcare environments. Provide legal counsel across a broad range of healthcare regulatory, compliance, corporate, payer, and legislative matters Advise leadership on state and federal healthcare regulations, including home care, PDN, DME, and PPEC considerations Support and collaborate with the Compliance function on investigations, audits, and regulatory responses Draft, review, and negotiate corporate contracts, vendor agreements, and payer-related documents Partner with outside counsel on complex legal issues and specialized matters Lead and support legal and regulatory due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and integrations Oversee regulatory and payer notice and consent requirements tied to M&A activity Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and proactively advise leadership on impact and strategy Support government relations efforts, including legislative advocacy and regulatory engagement Assist with policy development, internal training, and organizational risk mitigation Represent the organization in legislative and regulatory discussions when appropriate SALARY RANGE: At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children.
