What's the role?
As a Manager, Go-To-Market & Promotions plays a critical role in translating commercial strategy into market-ready offers and flawless execution across Mobile and Value Services. This role owns the end-to-end promotion lifecycle, third-party product management, and in-store execution readiness, ensuring offers are launched on time, governed properly, and delivered consistently across all channels. The position sits at the intersection of Commercial, IT, Retail, Partners, and Governance, with direct impact on revenue, time-to-market, and sales execution quality.
How can you add value?
Create business reports for offer submission and approval, including sales lift, base movement, cannibalization, offer costs, and margin per gross added.
Develop an offer calendar that covers seasonal offers as well as adaptable propositions to changes in the industry environment and business needs.
Create selling pitch for promotions and provide to knowledge teams and sales.
Identify qualifying questions in consumer understanding for which promotions and offers create a solution.
Visit field to understand impact of promotion launches.
Assign retail "real estate" for promotional message and provide specs to Marketing.
Monitor and report results for each offer.
Report on market trends and competitor pricing and advertising to recommend actions for growth and retention.
Ensure the supply of devices are available for the promotions that are being executed.
Use promotional and seasonal offers, adjust prices, or offer additional incentives to optimize sales and increase business revenue.
Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to help them establish and achieve their goals.
Build and present reports for relevant departments that accurately represent metrics, project status, objectives, and challenges.
Address any concerns related to offers and competitive pricing and offer changes that may be raised by executives.
Demonstrate and ensure compliance with the Customer First Philosophy and all Liberty Latin America's policies and procedures, including the Code of Conduct and Liberty safety standards and procedures.

What do you need?
Education and/or experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or a relevant field.
5 - 8 years of experience in digital marketing fields.
Other Qualifications:
Experience with statistical analysis and data-organizing software such as Excel or SQL.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Modeling techniques.
Proficiency with analytical and business intelligence (BI) tools to collect, organize, compute, and analyze data.
Proficiency in presentation tools like PowerPoint.
