Description We are looking for a dedicated Medical Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Coppell, Texas. This role involves sourcing and screening candidates for medical positions, ensuring all qualifications are met before placement. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to work extended hours as needed, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls from prospective candidates to discuss job opportunities.

Review and validate candidate qualifications for open medical positions.

Accurately input candidate data into the company's applicant tracking system.

Maintain compliance with recruitment policies while managing high-volume hiring needs.

Communicate effectively with candidates to ensure clarity regarding job requirements and expectations.

Coordinate schedules to accommodate extended workdays and consecutive shifts.

Respond to inquiries promptly while adhering to Central Standard Time operational hours.

Work collaboratively with the team to meet recruitment deadlines.

Ensure all candidates are prepared for immediate onboarding without delays.

Provide support during peak hiring periods, including nights and weekends. Requirements - Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within the medical field.

Strong skills in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and corporate recruitment processes.

Ability to manage high-volume recruitment efficiently.

Availability to work extended consecutive days, potentially up to 14 days at a time.

Flexibility to work 8-12 hour shifts, including nights and weekends.

Must operate within Central Standard Time and commit to the first 14 days without time off.

Excellent communication and organizational skills to handle fast-paced environments. TalentMatch®
