Job Summary:

The Accounting Manager will drive financial excellence by leading critical period-close activities, ensuring the general ledger is precise, timely, and audit-ready. Deliver insightful financial analysis that uncovers opportunities to boost profitability and guides strategic decision-making. Play a key role in shaping the future through hands-on support with budgeting, forecasting, and innovative what-if modeling. Champion strong internal controls and streamline processes to keep operations compliant, efficient, and running at peak performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (Business: Accounting, Finance, Management, etc.)

Proven experience interfacing with and resolving issues for both customers and vendors.

Experience working with ERP systems; NetSuite (Oracle) experience strongly preferred.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Programs (Outlook, Excel, Access, Powerpoint) and SAP.

A minimum of five years financial management experience, preferred.

Ability to track and measure financial data and communicate information up and down.

Five to seven years of total experience.
