The Role
The Senior Financial Analyst will support financial planning, analysis, and reporting for Hyatt's Loyalty Program, co-brand credit card (HyCard), and strategic partnerships. This role will play a key part in monthly close oversight, budgeting and forecasting, and delivering insights that support loyalty economics, partnership performance, and strategic decision-making.
Working closely with Loyalty & Partnership Operations and Finance leadership, this individual will provide financial guidance, perform in-depth analyses, and help enhance processes and reporting to improve visibility, efficiency, and outcomes across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
-Complete and support month-end close processes, including variance analysis, accruals, and reconciliation of actual results versus forecast and budget
-Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for the loyalty program, credit card products, and partnership initiatives
-Prepare and deliver recurring financial reporting and ad hoc analyses for department leadership and senior management
-Serve as a primary finance partner to Loyalty & Partnership Operations teams, providing guidance to support strategic initiatives and day-to-day decision-making
-Analyze loyalty and partnership performance drivers, leveraging financial, statistical, and operational data to generate insights and recommendations
-Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting efficiency, and data quality, including leveraging new tools and automation where appropriate
-Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, and other Finance teams to ensure alignment, accuracy, and timely delivery of financial outputs
-Assist with executive-level materials, presentations, and business reviews as needed
-Respond to ad hoc requests in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities
-Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt's core values and actively pursue learning and professional development
Qualifications:
Experience Required:
3 years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting
-Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or another related business field
Experience Preferred:
-Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
-Financial ERP / Reporting system knowledge - Hyperion and Oracle preferred
-Experience supporting loyalty programs, partnerships, or consumer-facing products preferred
-CPA, CFA, or equivalent a plus

The salary range for this position is $78,500 to $105,000. This position is also eligible to earn incentive awards and an annual bonus.
The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
