Job Title: Administrative Assistant I (Part-Time)

Pay Rate: $23-$25 per hour

Schedule: 4-8 hours per day, 1-2 days per week

Duration: Long-term temporary

Hours may increase as the role and company grow (startup environment)

Location: Sumner, WA

Position Summary

The Administrative Assistant I will provide part-time administrative and data entry support for a growing startup. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who is comfortable handling a variety of general office tasks and is willing to step in and support ad hoc administrative needs as they arise.

Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate data entry and general administrative tasks

Conduct document quality inspection and review

Provide clerical and administrative support as needed

Assist with ad hoc administrative duties in a dynamic startup environment

Help answer phones and direct inquiries when required

Maintain organized electronic and paper records

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Prior administrative or data entry experience preferred

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Willingness to be flexible and assist with a variety of tasks

Ability to work independently in a fully onsite setting#CB #P1 #P2
