As a Sales Development Executive, you'll serve as the face of the program - connecting with local businesses, sharing an exciting new service offering, and helping them join a fast-growing delivery partner network. What You'll Do

Visit prospective local businesses (door-to-door) within a two-hour radius to introduce and pitch the new program.

Present compelling value propositions and spark interest through confident, consultative conversations.

Qualify interested businesses and walk them through a simple application process.

Maintain and manage your pipeline and activity in Salesforce.

Partner with your Field Manager to plan and execute events such as lunch-and-learns, community meetings, and recruitment sessions.

Build relationships with community influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development groups to drive referrals.

Import and update Salesforce data weekly using Excel files.

What You Bring

1-2 years of sales or customer service experience, with field/outside sales required.

Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).

Strong communication and customer engagement skills.

Confidence in outbound sales and relationship-building conversations.

Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to navigate multiple systems.

Enthusiastic professional demeanor and a sense of urgency to meet goals.

Ability to handle travel of up to four hours round trip daily.

Work Environment & Territory

You'll spend 4-5 days each week in the field, with the remainder working from home.

Primary territories include:

Birmingham, AL

Anniston, AL

Dothan, AL

Montgomery, AL

Compensation & Perks

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Dothan, AL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.50 - $25.50/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
