Summary This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Responsibilities You will Develop, implement, and evaluate a wide range of administrative policies and operational procedures. You will Prepare and present authoritative reports, executive summaries, and formal briefings to senior leadership, providing data-driven recommendations for strategic decision-making. You will Maintain the HRO's official manpower structure and organizational charts ensuring accuracy of all Billet Identification Numbers (BINs). You will Serve as the lead Billing Official, exercising overall responsibility for the HRO's Government Purchase Card program You will Manage the command's Records Management Program, directing policy and ensuring compliance Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the job elements and screen out listed below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. Applicants must meet the requirements of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Job Qualification Handbook for Trades and Labor Occupations. Education Additional Information This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Several vacancies may be filled. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if the selectee fails to meet the pre-employment requirements, including failure to report to any of the scheduled appointments.
