Accounts coordinator

Location: Issaquah, WA

Pay: $24-$28

Shift: 1st shift M-F 7:00am-4:30pm

Job Description

The Account Coordinator position is responsible for the development and maintenance of assigned accounts for the National Precision Bearing Sales group.

Responsibilities

Evaluate customer requirements and communicate with Tech Sales and Sourcing and Inside Sales departments to ensure obligations are met.

Enter accurate and timely sales orders and purchase requisitions into an ERP system.

Monitor web-based customer support portals for contract terms, quality specifications, on-time delivery, and supplier performance information as well as, communicate pertinent information to customer and NPB sales department as appropriate.

Review customer forecasts and blanket order schedules to maintain required inventory levels.

Essential Skills

Administrative experience

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong data entry skills.

Proficiency with 10-key data entry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Strong multitasking and organization skills.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Issaquah, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
