Job Summary

We are seeking a Biostatistics Associate - Intern for our Biostatistics Team located in Mattawan, Michigan.

The Biostatistics Associate - Intern position is responsible for ensuring that the appropriate statistical methods are applied to reported data in a federally-regulated research environment.

Must be authorized to work in the United States without a sponsor visa.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 per hour. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location

Job Qualifications

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Statistics/Applied Statistics /Biostatistics or comparable field with 0- 2 Years experience, contract research organization experience preferred, must be enrolled in the pursuit of an advanced degree in Statistics/Applied Statistics /Biostatistics or comparable field and have completed the first year of a Master's level degree by the start date..

Good oral, written, and presentation communication skills.

Proficiency with SAS and other statistical software.

Familiarity with FDA/ICH guidelines/guidance and procedures, a plus.

Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Computer skills, commensurate with Essential Functions and including ability to learn a validated system.

Ability to work extended hours beyond normal work schedule to include, but not limited to, evenings, weekends, extended shifts and/or extra shifts, sometimes on short notice.

Ability to work under specific time constraints.

About Safety Assessment
