Manager Development Program

Please be advised of the following:

This program is based out of our Rosemont, IL corporate office, and candidates must be able to live locally during the training period.

Upon successful completion of the program, the individual hired will be expected to relocate to manage one of our new or existing offices within the Midwest region.

We are unable to consider applicants who cannot relocate at the end of the program.

Program Overview

As you enter into a dynamic career path at Feldco, here's are the facets of the Management Development Program that will prepare you for leadership with:

Hands-On Rotations: Experience every facet of our business as you rotate through key departments-Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, and Customer Service. Gain invaluable insights and a comprehensive understanding of how each area contributes to our success.

Expert Mentorship: Benefit from one-on-one guidance and training from our seasoned senior leaders. Develop essential managerial skills and receive personalized feedback to refine your leadership abilities.

Leadership Preparation: Get ready to step into a managerial role with confidence. You'll be trained and mentored to take charge of a new or existing Feldco location, with relocation opportunities within 12-18 months.

Qualifications:

Required:

At least two years of proven leadership & Management experience.

A passion for leading teams and delighting customers.

Flexibility to relocate within 18 months.

Preferred:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, or a related field.

Job Information:

Hours: 8am to 5pm Monday To Friday; 1 Hour Lunch

Location: 6300 North River Road, Rosemont, IL, 60018

Pay Range: $75,000

Benefits Offered To Feldco Employees:

Health: Comprehensive medical coverage, including options for PPO and HMO plans. Coverage is available for employees, spouses, and dependents. Free Teladoc and MyStrength (mental/behavioral health) when you are enrolled in one of Feldco's medical plans.

Dental: Dental coverage (PPO plans) including preventive services, basic and major procedures, etc.

Vision: Vision plans cover annual eye exams, prescription lenses, and frames or contact lenses.

Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D): Free $15,000 policy for all full-time employees

Disability Coverage: Employees can enroll in STD and LTD.

Voluntary Life Insurance: Employees have the option to purchase voluntary term life insurance with a guaranteed issue amount of $100,000. The max benefits amount is $500,000.
