Distribution Associate - Full Time

Feldco Windows, Siding, Doors & Roofing is looking for a Full-Time Distribution Warehouse Associate to join our team in Homewood, IL. This position would require a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Job Info:

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: 17330 Hoffman Way, Homewood, Illinois

Salary: $17/hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.

Overtime: Up to 4 hours on Saturdays (twice per month, paid at 1.5x hourly rate).

Warehouse Roles & Responsibilities:

Receive, inventory & stage products with 100% accuracy.

Utilize an RF scanner to accurately maintain & order stock inventory as needed.

Receive deliveries & distribute packages.

Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.

Follow daily operational procedures and routines.

Assist with facility maintenance, including minor repairs and office setup (e.g., cubicles, lighting).

Support Operations Managers with various projects and tasks.

Please be advised that this position will require individuals to lift 50 to 100lbs on a regular basis.

Position Qualifications:

Valid Driver's License.

Must be reliable with a track record of good attendance.

Ability to lift 50 to 100 lbs.

Highly organized & detail orientated.

Strong problem solving skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, dynamic team environment.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Team-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.

High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Reliable with a strong attendance record.
