What You'll Be Doing

Coordinate daily administrative tasks to support operational and departmental needs for Executive Vice President.

Maintain organized records, schedules, and documentation with strong attention to detail.

Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using various digital tools.

Assist with meeting coordination, including logistics, materials, and communication.

Support team members by prioritizing tasks, managing information flow, and responding to requests promptly.

Work with engineering drawings, environmental permits and reporting.

What Are We Looking For

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while meeting all internal and external deadlines.

Clear, professional communication skills-both written and verbal.

Comfort working with MSOffice and AutoCAD to develop and design forms.

Ability to collaborate well with others and adapt to changing needs.

Consistent follow-through and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Ability to work plan, work with difficult people and work on confidential business projects.

Work Environment

This position operates in a professional office setting and involves regular interaction with employees, vendors, and visitors. The role requires using standard office equipment and maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Competitive base salary, $22.00 to $27.13 per hour.
