TheHilton Portland Downtown (https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/pdxphhh-hilton-portland-downtown/)is looking for a Valet Parking Attendant! If you have a passion for customer service and have a kind and welcoming demeanor this may be the perfect opportunity for you!

Find us in central downtown, less than one block from the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall and Pioneer Courthouse Square. Pioneer Place Mall, Portland Art Museum, Newmark Theatre, and several parks are within three blocks.

The ideal candidate for this role should have theability to work a full shift (8 hours) walking and standing, have open availability to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, have a valid Driver's License, have ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicle, have the ability to effectively communicate in English and have a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Shift Pattern : Full-Time

Hourly Rate : $17.30 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Valet Parking Attendant, you would be responsible for greeting guests and transporting vehicles in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner

Retrieve vehicle keys from and provide receipts to guests

Transport guest vehicles to and from designated parking areas and the hotel driveway

Assist guests with luggage

Retrieve guest items from vehicles, as requested

Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issue in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
