Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Brighton, Colorado. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment and excels at managing administrative tasks efficiently. As the first point of contact, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth office operations and providing outstanding service to customers.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate payment processing, including accepting cash and credit card payments for municipal water utility bills.

Direct utility billing inquiries to the outsourced billing team for resolution.

Handle incoming correspondence and oversee daily mail distribution to maintain organized office workflows.

Answer and manage calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring prompt and attentive communication.

Respond to customer inquiries via email, providing accurate and timely information.

Maintain and update records using software tools such as Caselle ERP and Express Bill Pay.

Support administrative tasks to enhance overall office efficiency.

Provide reception services, greeting visitors and addressing their needs with courtesy.

Assist in other general office duties as required to ensure seamless operations. Requirements - Proven experience in receptionist duties, including managing multi-line phone systems.

Proficiency in handling inbound calls and email correspondence.

Skilled in processing payments, including cash and credit card transactions.

Familiarity with software tools like Caselle ERP and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational skills to manage correspondence and mail distribution effectively.

Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in administrative assistance or office support roles.
