Assistant the HRD to follow up all the necessary issue in regard to promotion

Ensure Staff and Manager awareness of HR Policies and procedures

Assist managers in developing work practices that are in line with OH &S policies

Raises the purchase requisitions for office supplies.

Coaches, counsels and disciplines staff, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance

Regularly communicates with staff and maintains good relations

Keep abreast of the part time cost and outsourcing cost as a percentage of income, and control the part time cost and outsourcing cost based on the operation situation

Required Skills - ????

Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

Knowledge of Local Labour and Employment Regulations.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

Good writing skills

Qualifications - ??

Diploma in Human Resources, Training or Business Administration.

Experience - ??

2years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
