As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, engage with employees and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for unusual circumstances.

Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the location to help to deter unauthorized access.

Report security-related incidents, hazards, and suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.

Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential disruptions and provide assistance to employees, visitors, and customers as needed.

Follow post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal management and client representatives.

Assist with access control by verifying identification and/or credentials as required by site-specific policies.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Experience with alarm panels is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
