Description

We are looking for a skilled Post Closer to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the seamless delivery of loan services while ensuring compliance and accuracy. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing and finalizing loan files, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Review and finalize loan files to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness.

Collaborate closely with the Loan Processing team to address any outstanding issues and maintain compliance standards.

Prepare and record assignments of mortgage accurately and in a timely manner.

Monitor and resolve post-closing exceptions to ensure smooth operations.

Upload loan information.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry, with a focus on Post Closing.

Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, to support data organization and reporting.

Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage closing, loan origination, and post-closing processes.

Familiarity with title companies and their role in loan transactions.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
