As a Security Officer - Industrial Foot Patrol in Sanford, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to all individuals on site. Pay Rate: $13.77 / Hour

Day Time

Mon12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

Sat12:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Sun12:00 AM - 12:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel or management.

Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as needed.

Support emergency response activities according to site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age.

CPR certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
