Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents, while you provide outstanding customer service and communication. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and play a key role in supporting a secure environment for employees and visitors, all while embodying our values of teamwork, integrity, and innovation.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergencies as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for personnel and visitors.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Observe and report any unusual conditions, security-related hazards, or suspicious activity encountered during patrols.

Communicate promptly and professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.

Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and/or maintaining visitor logs as required by site policies.

Support emergency response procedures, including evacuation and/or shelter-in-place protocols, as directed by site management or Allied Universal.

Document incidents, observations, and activities in daily reports and/or electronic systems as required by site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
