Our client, a global manufacturer, is seeking an Administrative Assista nt to join their team for a 4-month temporary assignment. As an administrative assistant, you will be providing support to a successful sales team. The ideal candidate will have professional communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Hagerstown, MD

Pay Range: $18/hr

What's the Job?

Process customer invoices

Assist with tracking quotes and sales orders

Handle inbound/outbound calls to customers and sales managers

Support accounts receivable collections

Assist with creating sales quotes, sales orders, credit memos

What's Needed?

2 to 3 years of office support experience

Strong problem resolution skills

Computer skills to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in fast-paced office environment
