CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

Hours 8:00am-4:30pm. This is an on-site opportunity located in Fountain Valley. NOT hybrid/remote.

Kishigo, a Bunzl company, is seeking a Customer Service Rep who will be responsible for answering inquiries on customer accounts, investigate any issues, and find resolutions in a timely manner. The Customer Service Rep will serve as the liaison between the sales staff and the customer.

Responsibilities:

Answering inquiries from distributors, end-users, and manufacturer's reps.

Entering and processing orders.

Investigating customer problems and/or complaints to successful resolution.

Maintaining relationships with both internal and external customers with exceptional service.

Expediting orders as required.

Working effectively in a team environment to meet business goals and objectives.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High School graduate or equivalent required.

Minimum of 2 years' customer service experience.

Manufacturing or industrial customer service experience preferred.

Ability to effectively work in a Windows environment with experience in Outlook, Word and Excel.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Problem solver with the ability to multi-task using judgment and decision-making skills.

Excellent attention to detail and strong customer service skills.

Kishigo California salary range: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience, education and geographic location.
