What it takes to become an Admissions Coordinator with Care Initiatives:

Nursing license highly preferred.

Drive to increase census and ability to review referrals to determine appropriateness for admission.

Working knowledge of federal and state regulations governing long-term care.

A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and ability to maintain confidentiality.
