Location: Beachwood, Ohio Hours: 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm Days: Monday - Friday Full Time/Benefit Eligibility In this role you will:

Prepare and sort patient requisitions, and identify and interpret data to be entered into the information system.

Research available websites for missing patient insurance information and contact referring physicians' office for missing patient demographics or insurance information.

Adherence to CAP, CLIA, State Regulations, HIPAA, Safety and OSHA Regulations.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills and Abilities

Knowledge of clerical procedures.

Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.

Knowledge of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

Skill in using computer programs and applications.

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent We also want you to know: This role will have routine access to Protected Health Information (PHI). Employees will be trained on reasonable safeguards and are expected to maintain strict confidentiality, as well as abide by all applicable privacy and security standards. Employees are expected only to access PHI when it is required to fulfill job duties.
