As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with team members and visitors, providing excellent customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.

Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.

Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or unusual occurrences according to established procedures.

Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to support a secure environment.

Assist with access control procedures and visitor management as required by site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
