Administrative Assistant - Job Description

The Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day office support by managing communications, scheduling, preparing documents, and maintaining organized records to ensure smooth business operations.

Responsibilities:

Answer phones, emails, and greet visitors

Schedule meetings and manage calendars

Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence

Maintain filing systems and office supplies

Assist staff with general administrative tasks

Requirements

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)

Previous administrative or office experience

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office technology

Excellent communication and customer service skills
