Job Title: Warehouse Worker Job Description

We are seeking dynamic individuals to work as floaters in a warehouse environment. The role includes tasks such as pick packing, machine operation, inventory control, and general cleaning.

Responsibilities

Operate machinery and equipment for packaging and production tasks.

Handle pick packing processes efficiently.

Manage and control inventory within the warehouse.

Perform loading and unloading of goods.

Conduct shipping and receiving activities.

Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse.

Utilize forklifts and pallet jacks for material handling.

Perform heavy lifting as required.

Essential Skills

Experience in packaging and picking.

Proficiency in shipping and receiving operations.

Warehouse inventory management skills.

Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks.

Capability to handle heavy lifting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Material handling expertise.

Experience in machine operation.

Proficiency in pick packing tasks.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Johnson City, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.90 - $32.55/hr.
