Job Summary:

The Caretaker is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the hallways, laundry/boiler rooms, cleaning vacant units, and other common spaces of the apartment complex. They are also responsible for maintaining curb appeal. The Caretaker will handle minor repairs.

Major Job Responsibilities:

Cleans and maintains apartment buildings

Maintains grounds of buildings

Completes repairs and minor maintenance

Prepares vacant units

Job Requirements:

Education: No formal education requirements

Job Related Experience: No experience is required.

Additional Requirements: Requires valid driver's license and successful clearance of driving check. Must successfully clear a Kari Koskinen background check.
