College Graduate - Engineering Rotational Program (ERP)

Mercury Systems is seeking a recent college graduate to join our Engineering Rotational Program, a dynamic opportunity to develop cutting-edge technology that supports the American Warfighter. As an Electrical ERP Engineer you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to help design and create some of Mercury Systems' most advanced technologies.

Job Responsibilities:

Contribute innovative ideas and state of the art thinking to improve business performance

Deliver leading edge, integrated solutions that meet customer needs

Participate in programs, projects, and initiatives aligned with Mercury's culture and strategy

Stay informed on industry trends and ensure Mercury's best practices are met or exceeded

Rotate through multiple technical disciplines to broaden skills and experience

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering obtained within the last 12 months

A minimum GPA of 3.1 is required. You will be asked to submit your transcripts during the review process

Prior Co-Op or internship experience

Experience presenting technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment

Demonstrated initiative through academic projects, internships, or process improvements

Ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, or engineering concepts

"This position requires you to be able to obtain a government security clearance. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens."

the role and related responsibilities;

prior work experience;

education, training, skills and certifications;

internal equity with others employed by Mercury in similar roles;
