As a Security Officer - Industrial Plant Access in El Dorado, AR , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents. You will remain highly visible, engage with employees and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Document observations and/or incidents as required by site policies and Allied Universal protocols.
Communicate clearly and promptly with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding any security-related matters.
Support site operations by assisting with access control and monitoring entry points as directed.
Remain alert to environmental and operational conditions unique to a manufacturing and industrial setting, reporting any concerns promptly.
Minimum Requirements:
Customer service experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
