Digital Security Graduate
Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Cyber Security Graduate to join our two-year rotation program at AVEVA, an industry leader in industrial software solutions. This program is designed to provide comprehensive training and hands-on experience across multiple aspects of cyber security, ensuring a well-rounded foundation for a successful career in the field. The rotations will cover crucial security activities in areas across eight key security teams.

Program Structure:
The Cyber Security Graduate Rotation Program consists of four rotations, each lasting six months. During each rotation, you will work in different departments and gain exposure to a variety of cyber security disciplines, including:
Vulnerability Management
Architecture & Consulting
Security Culture & Strategy
Security Project Management Office
Threat Intelligence and/or Hunting
Red Team
Digital, Forensics, and Incident Response
Security Engineering
Governance, Risk, & Compliance
Key Responsibilities:
Support assessments, analysis, or testing activities to help identify risks, strengthen defenses, and improve overall security posture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote secure practices, gather requirements, support the delivery of security initiatives and enforce security policies.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of security documentation, including risk assessments and incident reports.
Stay informed on emerging cyber threats, technologies, and industry trends, applying new knowledge to strengthen AVEVA's security posture.
Build strong working relationships across security and business teams, acting as a trusted partner throughout each rotation.
Help streamline processes by identifying opportunities for automation or improved workflows.
Qualifications/Experience:
We are open to applications from a wide range of disciplines including but not exclusively - cyber security, IT, technology, computer sciences, and engineering.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking abilities.
Basic understanding of network and application security principles.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across global and diverse teams.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant internships or project experience in cyber security is a plus.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic networking concepts.
Familiarity with security tools and methodologies.

Salary Range:
$69,900.00 - $116,700.00
This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training.
