Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Greenville, South Carolina. This role involves providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the office environment. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to organizational success while utilizing your skills in communication, data management, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

Perform accurate rent calculations and assist with housing-related administrative tasks.

Utilize Yardi software to manage and update records effectively.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries.

Maintain organized schedules by arranging appointments and coordinating meetings.

Process and manage data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Respond to email correspondence professionally and in a timely manner.

Create and edit documents using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Support office operations by managing administrative tasks as needed.

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and communication.

Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality. Requirements - Experience with rent calculations, preferably in a Housing Choice Voucher program or similar setting.

Proficiency in using Yardi software for administrative purposes.

Strong skills in customer service and handling inbound and outbound calls.

Demonstrated ability to perform accurate data entry and manage records.

Competence in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently.
