As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Access Desk in Fountain Inn, SC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and assisting with access control to create a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. Pay Rate: $16.82 / Hour

Mon01:00 PM - 09:00 PM

Sat12:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Monitor access control points to help to deter unauthorized entry into manufacturing and industrial areas.

Verify identification and credentials of individuals entering and exiting the location, following established protocols.

Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with access-related inquiries and directions.

Conduct routine and random patrols of the site and perimeter to observe for security-related concerns or unusual activity.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures.

Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client policies.

Support emergency response activities as required by site-specific policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

At least one year of security-related experience is required.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
