Position Summary...
What you'll do...
Develops, implements, and leads production operations across all automation shifts and schedules to maintain adequate inventory levels, maximize production efficiencies, and meet customer fulfillment requirements. Collaborates with site leadership and Home Office teams to develop weekly production plans that align with utilization goals and service level expectations. Drives strategies to ensure production quality by communicating issues and discrepancies to teams and leadership, reporting changes in schedules, forecasts, and inventory (for example, shortages, overages, expedites). Utilizes multiple software systems [GT1.1]to manage and track inventory, cycle time, and pallets designated for delivery to stores and clubs. Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners. Demonstrates, promotes, and supports compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. Analyzes site performance and variances to identify process improvement opportunities. Coordinates planned downtime windows with maintenance. Monitors and improves key performance indicators (KPIs) (for example, OEE, throughput, fault rates, cost per case). Collaborates with cross-functional partners to resolve inventory issues. Drives the execution of multiple business and financial plans and projects. Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans. Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning. Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy. Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events. The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $156,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...
