Job Summary

Tatcha is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to help lead the development of new product innovations and compelling product storytelling. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally to build and execute Tatcha's global product portfolio, innovation pipeline, and marketing strategies that fuel brand growth and deepen consumer love.

Bring Tatcha's product stories to life by crafting meaningful narratives that honor the brand's heritage and resonate with our consumers.

Partner closely with the Director, Product Marketing and team to synthesize consumer insights, sales data, competitive analysis, and global feedback to inform product portfolio strategy and lead product development from ideation to launch.

Identify opportunities to reignite excitement for existing products, driving sustained consumer engagement and brand relevance.

Work cross-functionally with Product Development, Packaging, R&D, Creative, and Operations to deliver best-in-class innovations that embody the Tatcha experience from concept to consumer.

Develop timely, detailed marketing briefs for all new product and sampling initiatives, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.

Lead the development of assigned promotional product programs to support sales channels and go-to-market strategies.

Proactively anticipate and address developmental and operational challenges throughout the product launch process.

Conduct detailed pricing analyses and make strategic SRP recommendations for core, new, and limited-edition launches.

Manage cost of goods for assigned product launches and identify opportunities for cost efficiencies.

Collaborate with Sales and Demand Planning to provide volume projections and support global forecasting.

Partner with global retailers and regional teams to ensure product strategies are executed and business objectives are achieved.

Develop and distribute launch toolkits and communications for global markets, including launch calendars, pricing, product positioning, and strategic guidance.

Support the development of key presentations for leadership meetings, global strategy sessions, and product reviews.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Product Marketing within the beauty/CPG industry. Experience leading the product marketing process end-to-end is a must. Skincare and/or prestige beauty experience a huge plus.

Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus.

Consumer-obsessed with a passion for uncovering unmet needs and crafting product stories that emotionally connect.

Have experience with building a product pipeline and seeing products through from concept, development and go to market.

Advanced Excel skills.

Agile and self-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

A strategic and analytical thinker with strong quantitative skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

Highly collaborative and able to inspire cross-functional partners, earning alignment and support for key initiatives.

Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area and work a hybrid schedule (in-office two days per week).

The Details

The expected base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $110,000. The exact base pay is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.

This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan based on personal performance and company results.
