Job Summary

We're looking for an Assistant Manager to join our dynamic, fast-paced Influencer marketing team based in Los Angeles. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting marketing initiatives and day-to-day management with our influencer community. Working closely with cross-functional partners, the Assistant Manager will support marketing campaigns and overall brand programs. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with managing vendor/partner relationships - Influencer/talent agencies/agents, event production and scheduling

Oversee product inventory - placing/tracking product orders and managing fulfillment for team, forecasting new launch gratis needs

Lead recruitment, analysis and monthly project management for micro influencer program

Support affiliate marketing programs; setting up and managing campaigns, reporting results, suggesting tactics across platforms to yield content + sales results

Identify new influencers and talent and assist with building innovative programs/initiatives to expand community while deepening existing relationships

Support with strategy, vision, and execution of Influencer Marketing at Tatcha to reach overall brand and business strategy

Assist with build out and implementation of strategy for talent partnerships both on and offline

Partner with cross-functional teams on marketing campaigns, go-to-market launches, growth initiatives, events and more

Manage day-to-day correspondence with multiple partners such as agencies, vendors, and influencer platforms

Support manager with measuring, tracking, and optimizing performance so that we consistently achieve and exceed key brand and growth KPIs

Ability to analyze social data, identify trends and present key findings (both quantitative and analytical skills) and then apply these to future programs

Manage day to day bookings of relationship building activities for the team

Assist with tracking and updating team budgets following activations; manage payment to vendors

Be an expert, staying up to date on influencer trends and tools, and providing recommendations on influencer execution for larger marketing programs

Manage LA-based storage unit, including lifting boxes, organizing, and event prep on behalf of the team

Qualifications

3-4 yrs experience in influencer and/or social media marketing

B.A. in Communications, Marketing, or similar

Demonstrated interest and passion for influencers and social media

Comfortable with G-Suite, especially Google Sheets, Calendar, Slides

Experience with influencer software platforms (Tribe Dynamics/CreatorIQ, Traackr, GRIN or similar)

Excellent communication & writing skills

Location: Must be based in Los Angeles Metro area and willing/able to travel locally to manage our storage unit and events

Physical Demands: Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 10lbs, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25lbs, and minimally lift and/or move up to 50lbs

The Details

The expected base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000. The exact base pay is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.

This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan based on personal performance and company results.
