Job Summary

The Manager, International Marketing, will serve as Tatcha's strategic marketing lead for priority growth markets. As the liaison between North America and Global teams, you will be the voice of the local markets to the global teams in San Francisco, and vice versa. You will educate the San Francisco cross-functional teams about nuances in sales performance, consumer and product trends, and marketing needs, while ensuring that Tatcha's global brand vision is brought to life in international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop breakthrough integrated marketing strategies, calendars and tactical plans for priority international markets that reinforce overarching global marketing strategy

Serve as marketing business partner to the local marketing teams helping to develop and execute integrated, locally-adapted marketing plans that deliver on the sales goals for those markets

Lead development of market-specific campaigns in partnership with local teams to deliver on specific market needs

Partner with regional teams to create localized go-to-market plans, including retail, DTC, and digital channels

Manage global product launch timelines, asset delivery, and content needs in collaboration with creative and product development teams.

Collaborate with Global Brand Marketing team to deliver marketing campaign toolkits with product, commercialization and campaign strategies that allow priority local markets to effectively and efficiently translate global campaigns to meet local needs

Collaborate with Product Marketing on assortment strategy, merchandising, new product development strategies and ongoing support for core products with regional clients in mind

Collaborate with Brand Voice & Creative teams on development, briefing, adaptation and deployment of creative assets internationally

Collaborate with local marketing teams to keep cross-functional teams up-to-date on market dynamics, regional priorities and needs

Monitor and report on campaign performance and brand KPIs across international territories.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

5+ years of global marketing experience, preferably in the beauty industry

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Some international travel may be required

Requires regular off hours conference calls with international partners in multiple time zones

The Details

The expected base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $120,000. The exact base pay is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.

This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan based on personal performance and company results.
