Something Big! Job Overview As part of Komatsu\'s North American Digital
Office and Customer Solutions team, the Autonomy Product Trainer will
play a vital role supporting customer adoption of cutting-edge digital
and autonomous technologies that complement Komatsu\'s core equipment
offerings. This role exists to deliver training, guidance, and support
for autonomy systems, ensuring customers, dealers, and internal teams
maximize the value and safety of these solutions in their operations. By
equipping stakeholders with skills and knowledge, the Autonomy Trainer
drives successful implementation and utilization of autonomy
technologies across the North American market. Targeted Komatsu
locations are Chicago O\'Hare, Milwaukee, Tucson, Cartersville, GA or at
another Komatsu facility. Requires up to 30% travel working hands-on
with end users, dealers, technology partners, and Komatsu teams both
domestically and internationally. Key Job Responsibilities The Autonomy
Product Trainer, Customer Solutions will have responsibilities across
Komatsu\'s North America region for autonomy solutions as follows:
Develop and Deliver Training Programs Design, create, and facilitate
training curricula for autonomy technologies targeting customers,
dealers, and internal staff, using a blend of classroom, virtual, and
hands-on formats. Customer Onboarding and Support Guide new customers
through the onboarding process for autonomy systems, ensuring smooth
implementation and comprehension of best practices and safety protocols.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with end use
customers, dealers, key technology partners, and Komatsu teams worldwide
to align training initiatives with user needs and evolving product
capabilities. Continuous Improvement and Feedback Collection Gather
feedback from training participants and field experiences to refine and
enhance training materials and delivery methods for autonomy
technologies. Content Development and Documentation Maintain up-to-date
documentation, manuals, and multimedia resources supporting autonomy
training and knowledge sharing for all relevant stakeholders. Travel and
Field Support Provide on-site and remote support, traveling as needed
(up to 30%) to customer locations, dealer sites, and events to deliver
