Edward Jones' Accelerated Leadership Program (ALP) is an exclusive initiative tailored for recent MBA graduates, offering unparalleled opportunities for career advancement. At Edward Jones, leadership transcends traditional people management, encompassing project, thought, change, and people leadership. Through targeted experiences at our corporate headquarters in St. Louis or Tempe along with numerous senior-level networking opportunities, this cohort-driven program invests in both your personal growth and long-term career trajectory, extending well beyond its two-year duration.
Each ALP associate journey is unique, crafted to leverage your distinct perspective and career aspirations. Designed for seasoned professionals seeking a holistic understanding of our business, the program offers a structured yet rigorous platform to contribute across various functional areas within our departments and divisions.
What You'll do:
Throughout the two-year journey, you will undertake four impactful rotations in key business units, tailored to match your expertise and the needs of Edward Jones. These rotations provide opportunities in thought leadership, team development, project management, executive mentoring, networking, and personalized development planning. Project opportunities span from strategy formulation and process improvement to engaging with clients and external stakeholders, emphasizing leadership in change management and risk assessment.
A distinguishing feature of our program is its flexible rotation structure, adapting to your evolving experiences, goals, network, and development plan. Additionally, within the initial six months, you will be required to attain Series 7 and 66 licenses, supported by ample study resources and guidance.
Upon completion of the program, you will be prepared to apply to open roles across the Firm aligning with your skills and interests, equipped to lead as a valued team member, project manager, or thought leader across diverse areas. Furthermore, the ALP fosters continued career mobility, nurturing adaptable leaders capable of thriving in various facets of our organization
Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage. Short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage are provided at no cost to associates. Edward Jones offers a 401k retirement plan, and tax-advantaged accounts: health savings account, and flexible spending account. Edward Jones observes ten paid holidays and provides 15 days of vacation for new associates beginning on January 1 of each year, as well as sick time, personal days, and a paid day for volunteerism. Associates may be eligible for bonuses and profit sharing. All associates are eligible for the firm's Employee Assistance Program.
