Ph.D. degree in Physics.
Experience serving diverse and underserved populations

Experience as a primary instructor teaching college or university-level physics, including laboratory

Experience in online learning and in course delivery using web-based course management systems such as D2L
Experience in innovative teaching and learning approaches
Experience in assessment of student learning outcomes
Experience providing specific strategies to create a sense of belonging within the classroom
Experience teaching courses with innovative teaching practices to support the success and retention of underrepresented students, including students of color, first-generation students, and Pell-eligible students
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Evidence of continuous professional development related to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Demonstrated commitment to participating in campus activities and professional development
