Foreclosure Specialist (3x onsite)

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Foreclosure Specialist to join their Foreclosure team! In this role, the individual will prioritize high-priority cases, respond to emails, and communicate with the Director of Asset Management and foreclosure attorneys on a day to day basis. This individual will collaborate with attorneys, servicers, and other departments to manage foreclosure cases effectively. This includes evaluating and approving foreclosure figures, addressing litigation matters, and recording pertinent information in software systems. The Foreclosure Specialist will also ensure compliance with foreclosure regulations, keep up to date with legislative changes, and identify opportunities to improve processes. This is a permanent position located in Seal Beach, CA (3x a week on site).

Salary: 70k-100k annually

Skills and Requirements

-4+ years of relevant work experience with direct foreclosure experience

Judicial & Non Judicial foreclosure exp

-Pre & Post foreclosure exp

-Interface and coordinate with other departments, including Capital Markets, REO, Bankruptcy,

Accounting, Collateral, and the 3rd party servicer

-Evaluate and approve foreclosure figures, including judgment amounts, bidding instructions,

reinstatement quotes, and payoff calculations

-Highly proficient with data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

-Strong verbal and written communication skills

-Highly organized and meticulously detail oriented; ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven

environment required

-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

-Ability to organize and manage many loans simultaneously
