Job Title: ADE - IAJob Description

This is a great opportunity to work with a new delivery program launching in the area. You will be responsible for recruiting local businesses to join the Hub delivery partner program. Collaborating with a Field Manager and other local contractors, you will visit prospective businesses, present the program opportunity, qualify them, guide them through the application process, drive referrals through community organizations, and coordinate recruitment events. This role involves travel (up to two hours driving distance) and offers commission opportunities.

Responsibilities

Visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted towns (up to two hours driving distance).

Present and pitch the new program opportunity to generate interest and applications.

Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process, managing the pipeline in Salesforce.

Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting community recruitment events such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings.

Collaborate with the Field Manager to work with local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations.

Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis.

Essential Skills

1-2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service.

Experience in outside/field sales is required.

CRM experience is required, with a preference for Salesforce.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Experience in field sales is advantageous.

Prior experience in sales and/or negotiation roles is a plus.

Professionalism and enthusiasm for teamwork.

High sense of urgency and attention to detail.

Problem-solving skills for field applicants.

Tech-savvy with experience in using multiple systems and technologies.

Ability to travel up to 4 hours round trip daily.

Work Environment

You will spend 4-5 days a week on the road, with the remainder of your time working from home. This position is located near Waterloo, IA.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Cedar Falls, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.50 - $26.00/hr.
