Freedom Mortgage Moorestown, New Jersey, United States of America Marketing & Communications Full time Remote Summary:The Marketing Specialist, Execution will be responsible for executing email marketing campaigns to drive lead generation for Cashout, Streamline, CRT, and Trigger communications, as well as for Virtual Outreach events and Ancillary product lines within the Servicing division. This role will manage the email marketing process end-to-end, including building and deploying campaigns, managing email calendars, optimizing content, and reporting on results. As part of a rapidly growing marketing team, the Marketing Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all email communications align with strategic goals.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:- Execute high-quality email marketing campaigns, managing the process from creation to deployment.- Produce engaging, mobile-friendly content within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) using Content Builder.- Maintain an organized email calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns.- Optimize design and layout of emails according to email industry standards and best practices.- Regularly participate in ideation and reporting sessions with cross-functional teams for ongoing campaign planning and optimization.- Partner with the Sr. SFMC Specialist for more advanced journey orchestration, logic design, and troubleshooting.- Work closely with the FM Product Strategy Team to align campaign activations with overarching business goals.- Collaborate with the data team to troubleshoot any journey issues and ensure data integrations.- Partner with the CDP Data Team to source and utilize data extensions from the Customer Data Platform (CDP).- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure campaign accuracy and optimal user experience prior to deployment.- Analyze campaign performance, including opens, clicks, and conversion metrics, and recommend adjustments to enhance results.- Produce reports to communicate key campaign insights and optimizations.- Assist in both ongoing BAU campaigns as well as new and ad-hoc campaign requests, responding quickly to business needs.- Stay current on email marketing trends, SFMC capabilities, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.- Comply with all company policies and procedures.- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.Other Job Duties and Responsibilities:Performs other related duties as assigned.Supervisory Responsibilities:This position is an individual contributor.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Content Builder is required, with additional knowledge of Automation Studio and Journey Builder preferred. SFMC certification is highly desirable.- Experience in campaign performance measurement with the ability to adjust strategies based on data insights.- Hands-on experience in AMPscript & SQL is a plus but not mandatory.- Strong understanding of email industry standards and mobile optimization best practices.- Excellent project management skills with an ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Proven ability to manage quality assurance processes for error-free campaign deployment.Education and/or Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a relevant field and at least 1+ year of hands-on email marketing experience, preferably within a CRM or digital marketing role or equivalent combination of education and experience.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:None RequiredWork Complexity:Addresses problems that are not immediately evident but typically not complex.
