Ozarks Electric, headquartered in Fayetteville, Arkansas with offices in Springdale, Arkansas, Stilwell, and Westville Oklahoma incorporated in 1938, is a member-owned electric cooperative, serving more than 90,000 meters across nine counties in Northwest Arkansas and Northeast Oklahoma.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent;At least two years of college level computer science or business-related coursework or equivalent technical training certification is preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

Education may be substituted with two years of experience in Consumer Information Systems, Systems Support, or related technical environment.

JOB KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

1-3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement or a related support role. Strong communication skills. Exposure to various project management methodologies.

MAJOR JOB TASKS:

Assist with process discovery, documentation, and requirements

gathering for automation projects.

Support the development and configuration of automation solutions

using a variety of platforms.

Act as a liaison between the PMO, project teams, and other

stakeholders. Communicate statuses and escalations as needed in addition to tracking action items.

Help coordinate meetings, agendas, and action items related to

automation project intake and delivery.

Assist in monitoring bot performance issues and collaborating with

the developer for resolution.

Maintains a record of work and Help Desk activities related to

automations and related backlog items.

Assist with entry, scoring& deployment of new features based on

prioritization & business need.

Assists indeveloping test plans forupgrades or new implementations.

Coordinates with Enterprise Applications Analyst on subsequent testing, installation, and maintenance of new or modified software systems in QA and production environments.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to perform complicated research, analytical, and

problem-solving skills.

Must be driven and proactive with strong attention to detail.

Organization and time management skills are required.

Must be able to give, receive, and analyze information, prepare

written materials, and articulate goals and action plans. Requires ability to effectively present information, both orally and written. Requires the ability to meet deadlines under pressure. Must be able to deal with a variety of people in varying situations with tact and diplomacy.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to perform all activities listed in the job description

with or without reasonable accommodation. Occasional lifting, up to 25 pounds, required. Normal vision and hearing required.
