DESCRIPTION We're looking for an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Senior Director of Partnerships to lead our partnership sales strategy and drive revenue growth through strategic partnership sales. As the Senior Director of Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and executing partner sales strategies that align with our overall business objectives. You will lead a team of partner managers and collaborate closely with internal teams to drive new business opportunities, open and optimize partner relationships, and scale our partner program to support company growth. Your Impact & Responsibilities Develop and Execute Partner Sales Strategy: Define and implement a comprehensive partner sales strategy that supports the company's overall business goals, driving new business through strategic partnerships. Strategic Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners in functional areas such as CCaaS , Hyperscalers , Martech, and/or GSI's. Act as the primary point of contact for high-value partners, ensuring mutually beneficial relationships that contribute to both parties' success. Leadership & Team Development: Mentor, coach, and manage a high-performing team of partner professionals, ensuring they are equipped to meet and exceed partner-related sales and management targets . Foster a culture of growth, accountability, and performance excellence. Effective Decision Making & Problem-Solving: Leverage data and market insights to make informed, strategic decisions that balance immediate sales goals with long-term partnership growth. Drive solutions to resolve issues with partners and customers in a timely and effective manner. Data-Driven Pipeline Management & Forecasting: Monitor and manage the partner sales pipeline, ensuring proper tracking of partner-generated opportunities. Develop forecasting models and ensure accurate reporting on progress against sales goals. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams to align partner strategies with the broader business goals. Provide insights into the partner sales process, helping shape product development and marketing campaigns based on partner feedback and customer needs. Customer-Centric Leadership: Advocate for customer needs within the partner ecosystem. Work with partners to ensure they have the tools and resources necessary to provide exceptional customer experiences and address customer challenges. Strategic Vision & Adaptability: Create and communicate a clear, strategic vision for partner growth and sales. Adapt quickly to changes in market conditions or the partner ecosystem to ensure that the sales strategy remains relevant and effective. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence: Lead and influence internal stakeholders across functions, including product, engineering, and marketing, to ensure alignment between partner sales and product development, marketing strategies, and overall company objectives. Requirements Deep experience in partner sales and strategic alliances in a B2B technology or SaaS environment. Prefer experience and relationships in functional areas such as CCaaS , Hyperscalers , Martech, and/or GSI's. Experience in a people management role, leading high-performing partner sales teams or cross-functional go-to-market initiatives. Proven success in building and scaling partner ecosystems. Strong understanding of partner go-to-market models such as co-sell, resale, referral, and OEM. Track record of exceeding revenue targets through partner sourced or partner influence opportunities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external executive stakeholders. Data driven and analytical mindset, with experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and using CRM systems. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, able to align sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive joint outcomes. * Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA or related advanced degree is a plus. The annual starting salary for this position is between $220,000 - 275,000.
