About the job:
As an SAP Program Manager at Sogeti you will manage an SAP
MDG program as a part of S4 transformation engagement in the CPG Industry
What you will do at Sogeti:
Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for a SAP MDG engagement, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and QA, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project management and SAP implementation.
What you will bring:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience with at least 4+ years in project management
Must have experience with SAP and SAP MDG or SAP BW is nice to have. Experience with SAP S4 is preferred
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex SAP projects on time and within budget.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Education:
Bachelor-s or Master-s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
