Inside Sales Manager - Pharmaceutical Industry

Location: Parsippany, NJ

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for building strong customer relationships? Join our team as an Inside Sales Manager and play a key role in expanding our international presence in the pharmaceutical sector.

What You'll Do

Provide direct support to the VP of Marketing & Sales at our Parsippany office.

Grow and maintain a global customer base in the pharmaceutical industry.

Communicate with international clients, manufacturing partners, and affiliates.

Prepare offers and manage contracts through to finalization.

Oversee order processing, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely delivery.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.

Assist with planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.

Create impactful presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Organize and participate in international meetings and trade fairs.

What We're Looking For

3-5+ years of experience in inside sales, order management, or a similar commercial role-pharma experience a plus!

A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.

Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration (or equivalent).

Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central preferred).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

PTO and benefits are offered.
