Your role

Every day, they focus on quality, consistency and finding better ways to do things. As a Production Flex Technician, you'll be a certified trainer and a versatile problem-solver. You'll support multiple areas of the operation, train team members on standard work and step in where needed to keep workflows running smoothly. Your ability to mentor others and adapt quickly will make you a key part of our success.
What does your day look like
Operate across different production lines and processes based on daily needs
Deliver training and coaching to team members on standard work and best practices
Support equipment setup and adjustments to meet production goals
Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate when needed
Perform quality checks and help maintain product standards
Identify and suggest improvements to processes, tools, or workflows
Record production data and contribute to problem-solving activities
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow safety protocols and help others do the same
Who we're looking for
You're reliable, adaptable, and take pride in doing a job well
You have experience working with tools and equipment in a production environment
You're confident moving between tasks and supporting different teams
You're a strong communicator and comfortable training others
You're proactive-spotting issues early and helping resolve them
You consistently show up and contribute-this role has a lower attendance points threshold, reflecting the added responsibility and trust placed in you
Work environment
This role involves standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
You may be required to lift up to 25 lbs and wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
Shift work may be required, including early mornings or evenings depending on production needs

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in Cleveland, OH is $25.00 per hour. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the @type and years of experience within the job, @type and years of experience within the industry, education, etc.
